Our Grants Pass store and donation drop-off has a brand new neighbor — the Grants Pass Job Connection! This new location marks our fifth Job Connection Center in Southern Oregon and Northern California, where community members can access services to gain employment quickly and advance their careers.
At an opening ceremony on May 1, 2023, we were joined by the Grants Pass Chamber of Commerce to cut the official ribbon. We’re grateful for their support and partnership as we embark on this new journey in Josephine County!
On opening day, we also hosted an open house and raffle with our community partners, inviting them to come see the new office in-person and learn about the programs we’re offering to get job seekers matched with local businesses.
We are happy to now serve the Grants Pass community and surrounding areas — with services that are funded largely by sales at our retail stores. Those services include resume development, career interest assessments, local and regional job leads, interview skills training, and more.
Job Connection Center Hours
Josephine County residents can drop by the new Job Connection Center 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday, or call ahead for an appointment at (425) 371-4042. Our new coach, Linda, is available to answer questions and help grow the work-readiness of those in Southern Oregon who might otherwise face barriers to employment.
We look forward to welcoming the local community to this new resource (located inside the Grants Pass Goodwill Store) and working with our local partners to further our mission of employment for all.
