We’re a leading nonprofit provider of job training and career advancement services.
At Southern Oregon Goodwill, we believe everyone is deserving of the dignity and self-sufficiency derived through work. Our mission programs help participants attain their goals — whether it’s a dependable paycheck or advancing their career path. Services are offered free-of-charge, and made possible through the sale of donated items at our retail stores.
Job Connection Centers
Job Connection Centers are resource hubs with specially trained staff who help job seekers gain employment quickly.
GoodWorks
Our GoodWorks program provides paid, on-the-job training and support services for individuals with barriers to employment, and provides career path opportunities for 300+ Southern Oregon Goodwill employees.
For Employers
You can help make positive changes for those in our community through collaboration and job placement opportunities for GoodWorks Intern Graduates.
For Community Partners
We welcome referrals to our GoodWorks program from community partners. Together, we can impact the lives of individuals who have barriers to employment.
