Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries
We believe work has the power to transform lives.
Southern Oregon Goodwill was founded in 1967 to provide vocational training and work opportunities for veterans and adults with disabilities. Today Goodwill provides employment and training services to hundreds of people annually in Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath counties in Oregon and Siskiyou County in California.
Enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In the communities we serve, everyone will have opportunities for meaningful employment.
We believe that work has the power to transform lives. It builds self-confidence, grows independence, creates a sense of purpose and belonging, and provides hope for a brighter future.

Your Role in Making a Difference
Donations and purchases at Southern Oregon Goodwill locations provide funding for our programs.
Everything we do starts with the generous support of our donors. Donors are also a vital first step in our eco-friendly business model to reduce, reuse and recycle — keeping more than 8 million pounds of unwanted items out of landfills annually.
The Stories Behind the Store
At Goodwill, we believe work can provide self-sufficiency for individuals and their families.
Behind every store are stories of Southern Oregonians and Northern Californians whose lives have been transformed by the opportunity to reach their full potential with support from Goodwill.
