ROSEBURG, Ore. — Southern Oregon Goodwill® Industries presents a free seminar on retaining employees by creating intelligent teams that promote a culture of performance, engagement and well-being.
Retaining Top Talent: Develop Intelligent Teams and Keep Your Best People is set for 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Southern Oregon Wine Institute, Danny Lang Event Center, 1140 Umpqua College Road, Roseburg. Chris Cook, President and CEO of Capiche, an Ashland-based consulting, coaching and marketing firm, will lead this 90-minute hands-on workshop that will explain and demonstrate tools to develop intelligent teams that can collaborate effectively and unleash each employee’s potential.
