The Service Evaluation System is designed to measure the outcomes of the services Goodwill provides to program participants. Goodwill reports raw census data in a number of formats throughout the year: number served, number placed, service revenue and service expenses.

 

The Service Evaluation System reports how each service performed; did the participants find value, did funding agencies approve of the work performed, did our business partners find value, did individual clients make progress and did staff work to the benefit of their clients. It is through this internal audit that we acquire the information needed to accomplish a number of important goals.

  • To assure management has the tools to evaluate the services we provide.

  • To create a tool to communicate to our stakeholders the outcome of Goodwill services.

  • To support a continuous quality improvement process for Goodwill services.
